Management shake-up at Eurizon

A decision by Intesa Sanpaolo not to go through with plans to delist its insurance subsidiary Eurizon, and instead divide into three separate components has resulted in the heads of each unit leaving the company.

Mario Greco has exited the insurance division, amid rumours that he is already poised to move to Banca Italease to shore up its derivatives arm. At the same time, Massimo Arrighi, head of the Fideuram financial adviser network unit, and Eugenio Namor, head of asset management arm
