Employer beware!

Monitoring staff is on the increase and employers have both legal and commercial reasons for checking up on employees, which include the prevention of fraud, terrorism and other activities.

With the increase in regulation as well as the scrutiny of regulatory bodies, managers need to be aware of what they are permitted to do, in order to ensure that their employees are not undertaking unlawful activities that may impact their business operation.
