Moody’s guidelines on op risk in structured finance transactions imminent

Ratings agency to clarify expectations on third-party roles in structured transactions

Moody's has announced that the ratings of up to 200 transactions worldwide could be affected by the publication of its new guidelines on operational risk. Following the closure of a comments period in mid-January, the ratings agency expects to release the guidelines on op risk in structured finance transactions by the end of February.
