How Optiver is harnessing prediction markets

Isda AGM: Market-maker doesn’t trade event contracts, but it is using them to price other instruments

A senior executive at Optiver has confirmed the Netherlands-based market-making firm is using data from prediction markets to price trades in equities and other traditional asset classes.
