The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) is pursuing at least 200 illegal investment websites offering unlicensed access to speculative financial products such as contracts-for-difference (CFDs), the French regulator's asset management chief has told Risk.net.

"We have a blacklist of at least 200 French-language websites that are very actively marketing CFDs, options and foreign exchange that are not regulated and have no licence to do so. This is a big concern and a danger to retail investors,
