
Citi sells Cats trading platform to Börse Stuttgart

In mid-April, it was announced that Börse Stuttgart will be taking over Cats, an over-the-counter platform that currently forms part of Citigroup Global Markets. Citi will retain a minority stake in the business, with Cats being transferred to a new company controlled by Börse Stuttgart. The deal is expected to close in May or June.
