Prinz and Boos lead UBS structured products departures

Cuts in credit structuring have been the main effect of UBS's announcement on October 30 that appears to herald a reduction in its fixed-income investment banking operations in favour of a return to its wealth management roots.

Pascal Prinz, a director in rates structuring, and Hugo Woodhead, an associate director in the same team have been made redundant, while Edouard Galicier, also an associate director in rates, will move within the investment banking division of UBS.
