Products linked to financials featured prominently for the second week running in registrations of new structured products with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) offered structural complexity for financials-based products with a leveraged return note linked to a basket of shares from Citi, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo. The 1.17-year investment offers potential accelerated returns of three times the growth in the basket with a cap of 122-126%. Principal
