BAML Pairs strategy is designed around buying and selling two stocks to manage exposure or risk

Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) has launched a Pairs strategy for equity securities and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to help manage exposure and risk. The strategy is a combination of a buy and sell order that aims to execute when a user-specified relationship between prices holds true to ensure constant execution of both the buy and sell orders.
