RBS hires Haines for US listed products
Thomas Haines has joined Royal Bank of Scotland as senior vice-president, head of listed products and public distribution, North America to help set up their exchange-traded note (ETN) business.
Haines will be based at RBS's US headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut and will report to Michael Nelskyla, managing director, head of retail structured products and institutional structured equity product sales, North America.
The bank plans to enter the listed products business, starting with ETNs, as
