Investors seek private litigation for misselling claims

The FSA fined RSM Tenon Financial Services Limited at the end of last month, in the first enforcement case to come out of its review of the marketing and sales of structured products. But many individuals are turning towards private litigation as a means to get compensation for misselling cases.
