US Wrap: JP Morgan bullish on finance and property

JP Morgan has launched a new product linked to the fortunes of both real estate and banking stocks. The accelerated growth note lasts two years and offers 200% participation in three exchange-traded funds (ETFs): the Financial Select Sector Spdr fund, the iShares DJ US Real Estate Index and the SPDR S&P Homebuilders. Upside performance is capped at 48.5% and it incorporates a 15% downside buffer.
