A rare principal protected note was also on offer from JP Morgan, offering exposure to the S&P 500 alongside international equity, in the form of the MSCI Eafe Index, albeit with only a 25% weighting. The note lasts five years and principal is 100% protected at maturity. Returns are capped at between 70-75%, with the exact level to be determined at pricing.
