Lloyds launches second Arkle deal

Following on from its inaugural residential mortgage-backed securitisation transaction, Arkle 2006-1, Lloyds TSB has launched a successor in the form of Arkle 2006-2.

The new transaction is issued from the same de-linked master trust revolving programme and is backed by the same collateral as the Arkle 2006-1 transaction, being prime residential owner-occupied mortgages originated principally by the group’s wholly owned subsidiary Cheltenham & Gloucester.
