Italian regulator Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (Consob) is making progress with the introduction of its ‘Quaderni di Finanza’, a set of recommendations designed to allow retail investors to make informed investment decisions. The regulator expounded on the new regulations in the morning of November 25 in Milan at Incisive Media’s Risk & Return Italia 2009 conference.
Published in April 2009, at the heart of the recommendations is a probability table that would provide
