Woo (PhD, Economics, UC Davis) is a professor of Asian and Policy Studies and the acting dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the Education University of Hong Kong, a senior partner of Energy and Environmental Economics, Inc. (www.ethree.com), and a senior fellow of the U.S. Association for Energy Economics. With 150+ publications in energy economics and applied microeconomics, he is an editorial board member of Energy, Energy Policy and The Energy Journal.
