SunGard launches Aligne
Pennsylvania-based software firm SunGard has introduced a software solution suite to help energy companies improve and speed up decision making through streamlining and integrating information across different business operations.
The product, entitled Aligne, is marketed towards energy traders, utilities, midstream gas companies and large industrial consumers of energy. The users will be able to process energy financial and physical transactions across front, middle and back-office operations and utilise configurable components for risk management and compliance.
