Citigroup gets new credit derivatives trading system

Citigroup has gone live with technology company Calypso’s front-office credit derivatives trading system.

“The key goals of the new implementation are to provide increased controls and straight-through processing, and support the bank's growing volumes and new product innovations,” said Calypso.

The system covers trade capture, pricing and risk analysis, and is designed to provide real-time scenario analysis and profit and loss information.
