Camelia Minoiu

Camelia Minoiu - International Monetary Fund

Camelia Minoiu is an Economist in the Research Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). She currently works in the Macro-Finance Division where she is in charge of cross-border banking issues, bank contagion models, and review of financial sector policies. Camelia holds a PhD in economics from Columbia University and a master degree in econometrics (with distinction) from London School of Economics. Her research interests are in the areas of international finance, with a focus on banking and financial networks. She has published her research in journals from various fields, including Journal of Financial Stability, Quantitative Finance, Journal of International Money and Finance, and Journal of Development Economics.
