Deutsche's Hrvatin embeds op risk culture using KRIs

The global financial crisis was a wake-up call for many in operational risk, but it was the rogue-trader event at Société Générale uncovered in January 2008 that galvanised Deborah Hrvatin into implementing some radical changes to the way operational risk is managed in Deutsche Bank’s  global corporate banking and securities division.
