BNP Paribas launches academy to promote risk culture

PARIS – French bank BNP Paribas is launching a virtual training academy in an effort to bolster risk awareness within the group.

The Risk Academy is formed of three parts. The first focuses on improving the risk culture of the bank and working to sensitise employees on the principles of risk management by training them in basic risk management skills. The second part concentrates on more traditional training to help employees in the risk department and the different business lines of the bank
