Singapore tech risk guidelines spark scramble for IT talent

Watchdog asks banks to demonstrate tech expertise among board and senior management


A push to bolster a stronger IT resilience culture among Singapore’s banks, following a number of recent high profile cyber breaches in the city state, could be stymied by the challenges of finding the right technology risk professionals to staff senior positions.
