
Canabarro to join Barclays as model validation head
UK bank hires former Morgan Stanley risk analytics head

Eduardo Canabarro is set to join Barclays as global head of model validation in New York.
Canabarro left his role as head of global head of risk analytics at Morgan Stanley in January. Following three months' gardening leave, he will join the UK bank in May.
At Barclays, he will oversee all internal and external models, bringing experience of operating under the stringent model risk management requirements for US banks.
He joined Morgan Stanley in 2007 from Lehman Brothers, where he was global
