People: Deutsche adds new financial institutions co-head

Celeste Guth joins Deutsche as co-head of the financial institutions group; UBS shakes up US rates; Wetjen heads to DTCC

Deutsche Bank has hired Celeste Guth as co-head of the bank's global financial institutions group (FIG). Based in New York, Guth reports to Paul Stefanick, global head of investment banking coverage and advisory, and co-head of corporate finance for the Americas. She will share the co-head role with Tadhg Flood.

Guth joins from Goldman Sachs, where she was most recently vice-chairman of the FIG and global co-head of insurance investment banking. Previously, she was head of the bank's FIG for the
