Sheila Nicoll to leave in April when the FSA transitions to the FCA

Sheila Nicoll, the director of policy at the UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) conduct business unit, is to leave the organisation.

Nicoll will leave in April, when the FSA is replaced by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

She was appointed director of conduct policy in 2009 and has worked on policies including the Retail Distribution Review, the Mortgage Market Review and the funding review of the financial services compensation scheme.

Nicoll joined the FSA in October 2007 as director
