Dobner promoted at GFI

GFI has named Jerry Dobner as global head of development. Dobner has been at GFI for seven years and will remain in the New York office. He will be responsible for business analysis, quality assurance and development of electronic trading platforms and assist with development of GFI's pricing, analytics and risk management software.
