Talanx subsidiary appoints Wollschlager as new CFO
Ulrich Wollschlager has replaced Rainer Skowronek as chief financial officer (CFO) of Talanx subsidiary HDI Industrie Versicherung AG. Wollschlager has been with the Gerling group, which is now owned by Talanx, since 1995, most recently as head of Gerling Corporate Capital Limited. Prior to 1995, he worked for chemical giant BASF in the tax department.
