He has over 15 years of research, teaching, and administrative experience within higher education. He is actively engaged in assessment and accreditation activities and serves as an institutional effectiveness consultant for traditional and online universities with special expertise in enrolment management, strategic partnerships, and adult, military, and non-traditional student success.
