Lloyds TSB’s inaugural RMBS
Lloyds TSB has launched Arkle Master Issuer 2006-1, the firm’s first securitisation of residential mortgages originated by its wholly owned subsidiary Cheltenham & Gloucester plc.
“We are delighted with the market reaction to this transaction which is Lloyds TSB Group’s debut public securitisation of our own assets and which we believe is the largest UK RMBS issue to date,” says Helen Weir, Lloyds
