Our 2006 end-user survey was the most competitive ever: we received thousands of votes for a total of 79 banks across the four asset classes. This year, we include 32 products in currency derivatives, 26 in interest rate derivatives, 12 in equity derivatives and nine in credit derivatives.

The top three banks - Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and HSBC - received 1,282 votes between them, a massive increase over the 174 votes they took last year. All in all, the top 10 banks this year garnered 2,390
