US Wrap: Barclays floods market with nearly 50 reverse convertibles

The notes are longer term plays, ranging between six months and one year, and cover a variety of themes, including energy, retail, technology, pharmaceuticals and agriculture. Citi and Royal Bank of Canada were more measured in their reverse convertible issuance, launching only one note each.

Barclays also launched two accelerated growth products, linked to either emerging markets or the S&P 500. One of the more unusual trades in the market was a two year accelerated growth note launched by Bank
