
BNP buys Deutsche’s delta one assets in latest CRU auction
French dealer lodges winning bid after missing out on flow equity portfolios last year

BNP Paribas has acquired Deutsche Bank’s delta one portfolio in the latest auction of the German lender’s unwanted assets.
The delta one portfolio includes linear equity-linked products, such as forwards, futures, equity swaps and exchange-traded funds. After missing out on the sale of Deutsche’s flow equity derivatives assets, the French bank emerged as the winning bidder in the delta one auction, according to three people familiar with the matter.
