ISDA Op Survey -- Machines Good, People Bad

LONDON--Banks are dragging their feet over automating the back-office functions of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives trading according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA).

ISDA is conducting research that is designed to create an operations benchmark by which banks may judge the development of their back office functions.
