Isda Master Agreement

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives Master Agreement was drawn up by the New York-based trade association in 1987. It was revised in 1992 and 2002. The agreement is commonly used for contracts in various energy derivatives markets.
