The mood in the carbon markets has certainly been sombre since the Copenhagen talks failed to achieve a binding agreement on global emissions cuts post 2012. The continued uncertainty over what will happen once the Kyoto Protocol expires has particularly impacted CDM markets, making investment decisions extremely difficult. In this special report we look at the state of the CDM markets in the two biggest players, China and India.
