Bruna Amin Gonçalves is a member of the research group on Studies on Complex Systems at CEFET-MG, and has interests in interdisciplinary subjects such as: complex networks, time series, fractals, cellular automata, mathematical modeling, information theory, numerical methods and econophysics. She has experience in the areas of Mathematics teaching as well. Bruna has a Mathematics Degree from UNI-BH, a Specialization in Mathematics from UFMG, a Masters in Computational Mathematical Modeling from CEFET-MG, a Ph.D. in Production Engineering from UFMG and a Post-Doc at CEFET-MG.

Visibility graph combined with information theory: an estimator of stock market efficiency
In this paper, the authors use information theory quantifiers to analyze the graphs generated by the VG method as applied to the return rate time series of stock markets from different countries.
