Taifex to launch risk management tools to support proposed link between cash markets in Japan and Taiwan

Taiwan's futures exchange, Taifex, will gain permission from Japan's main exchange operator JPX to list Topix futures this year, as part of a move to give Taiwan investors instruments to hedge their exposure from a proposed stock connect between the two countries.
