Join Risk Learning and expert tutor and faculty member Elena Pykhova to develop skills and gain insight into creating effective and successful risk reports within your organisation.

Participants will explore the implications of BCBS 239, effective corporate governance principles and the importance of risk appetite for risk reporting. Case study-led participant discussions will explore best practice approaches to common reporting challenges and develop a three-step process for successful report writing. This learning experience will identify good corporate governance principles to aid participants in constructing their own risk reports.

Elena is a thought leader, influencer and founder of a prominent industry think tank, the Best Practice Operational Risk Forum.
