Risk management still neglected in Asia, says PwC

The risk discipline is still "somewhat neglected" in the Asia-Pacific region despite increasing risk management requirements imposed on financial institutions by regulators, according to new findings by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

The professional services firm found in a survey, published in March, that there are notable differences between the approach taken in developed economies, such as Hong Kong and Singapore, and in emerging ones, such as China and Indonesia.
