Despite the credit crunch banks are reminded to treat their customers fairly

As the credit crunch bites, repossessions rise and consumers find it harder to pay their monthly bills, regulators on both sides of the Atlantic have been highlighting the importance of financial services firms adhering to Treating Customers Fairly policies.
