Morgan Stanley sees opportunities for prime brokerage in move to exchange clearing of OTC derivatives

A solid balance sheet is only one quality hedge funds look for in a prime brokers. Morgan Stanley believes a wide range of services offered globally and a consultative relationship is needed.
