Acer director expresses frustration at power market coupling delays caused by exchanges and other stakeholders
European electricity market coupling projects are facing “completely unnecessary” delays at the hands of power exchanges and other stakeholders, according to Alberto Pototschnig, director of the Ljubljana-based Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (Acer).
Pototschnig, whose agency is tasked with uniting European Union (EU) electricity and gas markets, made the comments during a keynote
