Regional banks, FBOs found second round of Fed tests tougher

DB, HSBC, PNC, US Bancorp and TD Group saw their peak-to-trough CET1 ratio depletion increase most

Most top US banks found the latest Federal Reserve stress tests more strenuous than those completed in June, a comparison of the respective results shows. Two large regional banks and three US units of foreign banks were projected to see their core capital ratios deplete much more in the most recent round then in the earlier series.
