Marc Leipoldt: keep GRC plans simple

Marc Leipoldt, who is head of non-financial risk at Riyadh-based Saudi Hollandi Bank, where he was brought in to institute a governance, risk and compliance project, describes the challenges his team has faced: "GRC is an exercise in managing qualitative and unruly data."
