Sants quits Barclays after just 10 months in compliance role

Hector Sants has quit Barclays after just 10 months with the troubled UK-headquartered bank. Sants, who took up the role of head of compliance and government regulatory relations in January 2013, has been on sick leave from Barclays since the beginning of October, said to be suffering from stress and exhaustion.
