European CCP rules stricter than US, says Eurex Clearing chief

The first progress report on how countries are applying new principles for financial market infrastructures (FMIs) was published on August 12 – 16 months after the benchmark risk management standards were published by the Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) and the International Organization of Securities Commissions (Iosco). Few countries have yet to fully implement the legislation
