Financial institutions' risk priorities could be distorted by the UK's new approach to supervision, experts are warning.

The new Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has repeatedly emphasised its new intrusive stance as a regulator, but there fears that this is affecting its on-site 'Arrow' visits to the point of potentially damaging banks' day-to-day risk processes.
