Coleman leaves New York Fed
Head of op risk leaves US regulator
Stacy Coleman has left her post as head of operational risk at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
She has been replaced by Ann Miner, who moves from her position as an assistant vice president in the bank supervision group.
Coleman joined the New York Fed in 2010 as head of over-the-counter derivatives regulation, where she stayed for a year before taking on her most recent role.
