SEC commissioner Casey steps down
End of term for longest-serving US regulator
Kathleen Casey, one of five commissioners at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has stepped down from her post after serving her five-year term with the agency.
Casey joined the SEC in 2006. During her tenure she has focused on the commission’s work to protect investors, facilitate capital formation and ensure transparent, efficient and competitive capital markets. At her departure
