BoA appoints Laughlin as chief risk officer
Replaces Bruce Thompson, who becomes chief financial officer
Bank of America (BoA) has appointed Terry Laughlin as its chief risk officer. Laughlin replaces Bruce Thompson, who moves to take up the post of chief financial officer.
Currently Laughlin leads Legacy Asset Servicing, BoA’s loan modifications and foreclosure unit, which was set up in February this year.
BoA’s global compliance executive, Paula Dominick, is serving as the firm’s interim chief risk
